At Flourish With Bibby LLC, our mission is to provide easily accessible financial literacy knowledge used to transform and accelerate one household’s personal finance awareness at a time.
Our Vision
To provide relevant, actionable steps and examples to those who lack financial literacy awareness and education while outlining and providing a pathway to individuals so that they can create their own journey towards being financially literate, financially free and an impactful asset to their families.
Our Story
Founded in 2024, Flourish With Bibby is a website created by our founder, Shonique Bibby who has always believed that everyone should have the opportunity to learn about how finances impact them and be provided with tools to use that knowledge to their advantage and benefit.
Growing up in Barbados, our founder was taught to be a saver and then went on to teach herself how to budget. As she got older, she realized that there was so much more to understand about these topics and made it her mission to self-educate and correct her mistakes. After making several excel budgets for friends and giving people tidbits of knowledge about finances, she has decided to do this on a larger scale by creating a business dedicated to providing opportunities for others to learn about financial literacy.
